brings over 25 years of experience in training, facilitation, mediation, and consulting across diverse work environments. As a content creator and editor, she has helped document powerful community stories and program outcomes, including those of The Glen at St. Joseph. With expertise in programs like Bridges Out of Poverty and Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin’-By World, Katie has led neighborhood initiatives that support stability and growth for individuals facing daily challenges. A former Development Manager and program leader, she takes a client-centered, holistic approach to designing impactful life skills and workforce readiness programs. As a single mother of four, Katie draws from lived experience to empower and uplift others.
